1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- Course Purchases: If you are not satisfied with the course(s) purchased, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided you have not accessed more than 30% of the course content.
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent access to the course content and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Courses that have been completed (more than 30% of the content has been accessed).
- Subscription fees for ongoing services (e.g., monthly or annual subscriptions).
- Any courses or services purchased using promotional discounts or vouchers (unless otherwise stated).
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at course@edublink.in with your order details (name, email address, course title, and purchase date).
- Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- If your request meets the refund criteria outlined above, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Refund requests are typically processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank or payment provider account. If there is still no refund, please contact us at course@edublink.in.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to switch courses, you will need to request a refund and purchase a different course.
6. Course Content Access
If a refund is processed, you will lose access to the course or service associated with that refund, including any associated resources, downloadable materials, or course progress.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
